Whether you want a quiet vacation in Nea Vrasna or a livelier time in bustling Asprovalta, this is an ideal location because of its proximity to the centers of both of these towns.

Accommodation: from double studio to sextuple apartments (of which quadruple, quintuple and sextuple units are duplex apartments) on the ground floor, 1st floor or 2nd floor, with a view to the sea or the street on the ground floor, 1st floor or 2nd floor, with a view to the sea or the street, each with a private bathroom, balcony and refrigerator. The 1st and 2nd floor apartments have furnished kitchenettes (mini electric cooktop, dishes, cutlery, refrigerator, etc.), while the three ground floor apartments share a common kitchen. There is a large TV set in the villa’s reception lobby and a lounge available to the guests in the evening hours.

The 2nd and 1st floor apartments are equipped, respectively, with built-in and mobile air conditioners, while those on the ground floor have no air conditioners. The use of the air conditioner is not included in the package price and is subject to extra on-the-spot charges. The bedding is changed every 5 days.

The building does not have a parking lot, but for guests who come with their own transport, there is the possibility of parking their vehicles on the street in front of the building itself.

Asprovalta Beach Apartments are situated not far away from the beautiful, palm tree-adorned Nea Vrasna promenade, full of traditional taverns, cafés, souvenir shops… Some 150 m away, there is a restaurant-canteen offering various traditional delicacies at affordable prices.
