Asimonis Apartments are of a recent date, some 30 km away from the sea and the city beach. There is a restaurant about 100 m away, where you can taste some of the local specials. The building is situated in a new and quite neighborhood of the town, not far away from the newly-built church. The center of Stavros with its pedestrian zone, athletic courts and an amusement park is about 200 m away.

Asimonis has 18 double and triple studio apartments. Each has kitchenette (with a mini electric cooktop, dishes, cutlery and refrigerator), bathroom, TV set and balcony. All balconies have lounging furniture, giving a view to the beautifully landscaped courtyard, whereas most of the studios have a partial view to the sea.

Each studio apartment is equipped with an air conditioner. (Note: the use of the air conditioner is not included in the package price and is subject to extra on-the-spot charges). The bedding is changed every 5 days.
