Paraskevi Apartments are situated 40 m away from the city sandy beach connecting Stavros to Asprovalta, and about 300 m away from the center of town. Other than the nearby bakery, there are bars and cafés along the beach, offering beach chair and umbrella rentals.

The Paraskevi facility has 3 ground floor triple studio apartments. each having kitchenette (with a mini electric cooktop, dishes, cutlery and refrigerator), bathroom and a balcony with lounging furniture. The bedding is changed every 5 days. While the building has no private parking space, the guests arriving in their own vehicles can park near the building.
