Zoi Apartments are situated in a new neighborhood of Stavros, only 200m away from the center of town, and 100 m away from a gorgeous sandy beach,

a 10 km long tourist favorite going all the way to Asprovalta, with several cafés and bars where you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas.

The main street is immediately nearby the Zoi Apartments, with many restaurants, cafés, pastry shops and stores. A fish restaurant is about 200 m away, as well as a children’s’ playground and a bank.

The closest and also one of the most frequented restaurants in Stavros, where you can taste local specials, is only 20 m away from the Zoi Apartments, while the closest supermarket is 100 m away.

All accommodation units have a fully furnished kitchen (mini electric cooktop, dishes and refrigerator), bathroom, a balcony with lounging furniture, TV set and air conditioner. The use of the air conditioner is not included in the package price and is subject to extra on-the-spot charges.

While the building has no private parking space, the guests arriving in their own vehicles can always park immediately near the building.
